Refund Policy – Taxi Service

At Thai Travel Experience, we aim to provide a smooth and professional taxi service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

  • No-shows (i.e., if the passenger is not present at the pickup point) will not be eligible for a refund.

Delays or Service Issues

If your ride was delayed, missed, or did not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at thaitravelexperience@gmail.com with details. We will evaluate the situation and may issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.


Refund Policy – Cakes & Bakery

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, we have a more limited refund policy:

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as ingredients and preparation begin ahead of time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 12 hours at thaitravelexperience@gmail.com with photos and your receipt. We’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for food products once they’ve been picked up or delivered, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
